Owner/Operator was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about household pests and effective ways to exterminate them. To my delight, he used environmentally friendly, odourless chemicals that were not harmful to pets and children so I did not have to sleep at a friends’s house. He did a thorough job.

• Time used on premises for each pest control job can vary, depends on severity of infestation, can take from 15 mins to an hour

• Reports are not provided with the voucher (extra charges apply)
• Pest control deal does not include gel treatment for cupboards, roof void, external sheds, yards and surrounding gardens, additional rodent boxes, targeted infestations
• Termite inspection does not include reports or use of termatrac, but can be purchased at an additional cost
• Termite protective barrier is for a 45-lineal-metre house that comes with 15 sentricon units. Any additional units, and any concrete coring will come with additional cost
• Available at residences within 20km of Brisbane CBD, Surcharge applies for residences outside of this area
