The product key code I purchased was not accepted when I tried to redeem it. The site was also in a foreign language so it was difficult to get information to try and solve the problem. Groupon refunded our money which was fantastic. Would not recommend this company/product.

The company and Groupon very reluctant to provide clear instructions on how to redeem the offer.
On contacting the company for help I was sent vague instruction that were in GERMAN!
I asked for instructions in English which were equally vague.
I still havenot been able to get the licence key out of them.

I got what I paid for, unfortunately i hadnt checked that Outlook wasnt included in Office 2016. Would help if the website and email correspondence associated were in English from the supplier, especially as dealing with AU consumers.

Easy installation. However, instruction emails were sent out in German. Had to use Google translate. Hope they will use English as the official language.
