Download free Groupon app for Android and iOS. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. New patients only. Gift voucher not accepted if you have been to the surgery previously. Have the security code ready at the time of making the initial appointment. Your vouchers will be forfeited if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment or fail to give merchant less than 48-hour notice. Results will vary for each person. Copy of X-rays not provided. Expiry is the suggested date by which your initial consultation should occur by, however your voucher will continue to remain valid and can be used after this date.
