Includes (split system and ducted systems):
- Call out to property
- Visual inspection of an indoor unit
- Removal of filters
- Wash and sanitise filters
- Brush and vacuum of an indoor unit
- Clean external panels
- Visual inspection of an outdoor unit
- Coil clean and wash of outdoor unit
- Check zones (if ducted)
- Test refrigerant pressures

• Must be in service area
• Service area is within 20km from the merchant's warehouse in Osborne Park. Travel over 20km will be charged at $2.50 per KM inc GST. This must be paid at time of booking
• Single storey homes only
• Outdoor units must be no higher than 1.8m from ground
• Excludes indoor unit coil pressure cleaning – additional if requested
