Highlights

4WDining was started by Michelle and Jules after sharing the experience of cooking and eating gourmet food in the striking surroundings of Victoria’s High Country. Inspired by her Greek heritage and the experiences cooking with her Yaya (Greek for grandmother) in her childhood, Michelle puts her own modern spin on some classic Mediterranean dishes. From her Smoked Salmon Summer Pasta with shallots, green olives, lemon zest and confit garlic to her Greek Orange Syrup Cake served with vanilla bean ice cream, crushed pistachio nuts and baby mint, you will enjoy a wide variety of choices during your time with us.Noticing that more people than ever have capable 4WDs and yet have never ventured out to some of the most incredible four wheel drive tracks this country has to offer, 4WDining was created to offer people a chance to safely explore these remote and challenging mountains while still enjoying creature comforts like freshly cooked gourmet food, hot showers and flushing toilets.
