With 40 years of experience, head chef Christoph is devoted to creating edible masterpieces that keep customers coming back for more. In Vienna, he earned his master certificate for bakery in 1988 and master certificate for pastry with distinction in 1990. Before coming to Melbourne, Christoph worked worldwide — from a small coffee house in Turkey to luxury hotels in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Beijing, Doha, and Sydney.
