Yoga Zenith
Yoga Zenith was founded by Huong “Honey” Nguyen in 2013. The registered yoga teacher specialises in hatha, vinyasa flow and restorative yoga. She passionately helps participants focus on their breathing, balance and energy flow in classes available Monday-Saturday. Yoga Zenith is located in St David Church Hall in Ardross and in Bentley.
