About Zen Hot Yoga
Located in Rocklea, Zen Hot Yoga offer professional yoga and Pilates classes. The facility features two fully equipped rooms, including a Far Infrared (FIR) studio, designed to give the benefits of the sun without the harmful UV rays. Zen also specialise in a range of body therapies, such as massages, acupressure, cupping, and dry needling.
