Beat The Winter Fitness Blues Workout By Rachael Finch

Don’t let winter stop you from staying fit and healthy! To help keep you motivated and moving through the colder months, Groupon has teamed up with Rachael Finch of Body By Finch, who has created an exclusive High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout which can be done in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. The workout consists of two warmup and six HIIT exercises, each performed for 30 seconds, before repeating the circuit three more times, followed by a cool down stretch - giving you a full body workout in around 30 minutes.
