Universal Fine Print

These restrictions apply to all vouchers, unless specifically contradicted in the Fine Print.

GENERAL

  • Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services
  • Merchant terms and conditions apply
  • Except for healthcare deals, vouchers cannot be used after the date indicated on the fine print ("Valid to" or “Expiry”) unless expressly agreed to by merchant
  • Vouchers must be redeemed according to the "How to redeem" instructions on the deal page and merchants reserve the right to refuse, or add surcharges to, bookings made through alternative means
  • Additional customers without a voucher will be charged full price
  • 24-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited (voucher is void in case of no-show)
  • All deal inclusions must be redeemed in a single visit (unless specified as a multi-session deal)
  • Please expect a high demand for all bookings, especially weekends
  • All bookings subject to availability, it is recommended to book well in advance
  • Merchants have the right to offer fixed availability for voucher holders to allow space for full paying customers
  • No refunds if your preferred date is unavailable
  • Voucher cannot be combined with any other offers unless permitted by the merchant
  • Unused portions of the voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash unless required by law
  • Vouchers are not for resale and not redeemable for cash
  • Unless explicitly mentioned, service charges, gratuity and additional taxes are not covered
  • Some deals may be subject to age restrictions (please check the fine print and consult the merchant in case of doubt)
  • Must be 18 or over for alcohol consumption
  • Merchants abide by the Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and have the rights to enforce them
  • For deals valid overseas, applicable age restrictions on the consumption of alcohol apply
  • Wherever possible, we will use images taken at the merchant's location or of the exact service or item being offered. In cases where this is not possible, the images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be direct representations

TRAVEL PROMOTIONS

  • Unless otherwise specified, travel bookings include all taxes and expressly exclude any other traveller costs including, without limitation, travel insurance, incidentals, service charges, gratuities or expenses due to special requests or add-ons
  • Unless stated otherwise, cancellation is not permitted after booking confirmation. Any changes required after booking has been made are at the discretion of the merchant and charges may apply
  • If the deal you have purchased is cancellable, you must cancel by the cancellation date mentioned in the general restrictions of the Accommodation. The cancellation date will also be available in your Reservation confirmation email
  • Groupon does not facilitate, and is not liable for, any special requests which may be accommodated directly with the merchant, at their discretion, prior to check-in
  • You agree to abide by any additional rules and restrictions that the merchant may require and violation of such additional rules and restrictions may result in additional charges or the cancellation of your travel booking
  • Flights and transfers are not included, unless otherwise stated
  • Groupon strongly encourages all travellers to obtain independent travel insurance
  • Always check Smart Traveller if you purchase a travel experience
  • All promotions are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country
  • Please ensure your accommodation booking has been confirmed by the hotel before arranging additional services such as flights
  • In most cases you will be required to provide security to the property provider in the form of a cash deposit or credit card. Ensure you have this prior to arrival at your location

GOODS PROMOTIONS

  • It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address details for delivery if required
  • Groupon does not guarantee delivery if the address is entered incorrectly or the address is provided to Groupon or the merchant after the purchase of the deal
  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, unless differently specified on the deal

GOODS PROMOTIONS: ALCOHOL

  • Signature of recipient over the age of 18 is required
  • Under no circumstances will liquor be relinquished to persons who do not present proof of ID
  • Not available in any dry areas
  • It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18
