Friendly staff, clean, freshly renovated rooms, charming gardens and a great location. A most enjoyable stay.

Always found staff courteous and helpful. Place has seen better days but still offers affordable and clean accommodation in a park like setting. On doorstep to Barossa wineries and offers several notable local ones within walking distance.

I agree with Earle. This place should be completely avoided. Hotel is old tired and rundown. Definately not worth the effort to get here. Heater not working and it’s freezing cold. If we could get our money back and go home we would. This place is disgusting.

Avoud at all cost. The images on the advert are misleading and against ACCC regulations. The rooms are rundown. Doors creek when you open it. Do not even touch the windows, they will fall down. Strong smell in the rooms. The bed would move with the touch of your aingle finger(not stable). Pretty much like a homeless shelter. We paid for 2 nights and ended up staying just the night cause was too late to look for alternative. Checked out as soon it was morning. The only good thing about this was the receptionist who acknowledged the rundown condition and still the owner refused to provide any apology or refund for an extremely poor experience.
