Bought this as a gift to enjoy with my best friend on her birthday, and I had travelled from Melbourne to Brisbane to have this special day together. We were super excited about slipping into a robe and slippers and enjoying a glass of bubbly before our pamper (as stated on the deal description and voucher). The place seemed to have a nice luxurious vibe and we were very much looking forward to the experience. We arrived more than 15 min early and after filling out forms, we were escorted into a room to wait, fully clothed, where other ladies were in robes and sipping champagne, and we just assumed that our turn was coming. We were finally called into our massages. Both our therapists were lovely but neither had any technique to speak of. I pointed out some sore areas of concern (and also circled them on the diagram on a form we were asked to fill out) however, my 'therapist' never attempted to address these concerns. Other than this the treatments were enjoyable enough but certainly nothing to rave about. Afterwards we were told our treatment had ended and asked to get dressed and come out to the front. At this point we asked a man who was at the desk about our robes and champagne, and he just instantly assumed we came late. When we explained we arrived early, he told us the robes were only for people who used the bath house facility, and when we pointed out that the robe pack was part of the deal and there was no mention of the bathhouse, he just shrugged his shoulders. He offered us a couple of glasses of bubbly at this point, but we had to go by this stage and the moment had passed, so we grabbed a mineral water each and left. A nice place but our experiences after so much anticipation were a bit disappointing.
