Mel was great! She has vast knowledge and her treatment was very good. The sauna beforehand was such a great opportunity to detox and warm up the muscles

This was my first time at healing bodyworks and I had a great experience. I absolutely loved it and the results were fantastic. Melanie is wonderful and she explains how she works and what she’s doing.She is amazing , when we started my right shoulder was very painful and couldn’t lift my arm without help, during the night my hands were in pain, numb and pins and needles at the end I could freely move my arm and was such a great relief not having that pain. Few days after and I can freely move my arms with no pain . I will definitely go back as I would like to continue with the massage and laser therapy, the infrared sauna it’s just great .
