The staff was lovely, but it was a bit difficult to find parking, and I think the procedure could have been better explained. They also did not provide the massage in the area after using the equipment because the discomfort lasted longer.

I attended on a Saturday.The Beautician was running half an hour late.I filled in the paperwork(which I don’t recall it mentioning bruising).During the procedure I was left while the beautician dealt with other clients.I was warned I might feel a sensation and redness.10 days later and I am still bruised. Many texts only to be told I should have said if it hurt or perhaps I have a serious illness!
