What a great experience. Thank you Jenny. I had come into Prestige to have IPL and ended up having HiFu and noticed such a big difference. My face was a lot more tighter. because of the noticeable effect, I decided to book in for my first session of Profound Matrix. While having the treatment, Jenny also recommended the Electro Magnetic treatment for tightening my core and also working on a long term injury which I received relief from. The staff was lovely, but it was a bit difficult to find parking, and I think the procedure could have been better explained. They also did not provide the massage in the area after using the equipment because the discomfort lasted longer.

I attended on a Saturday.The Beautician was running half an hour late.I filled in the paperwork(which I don’t recall it mentioning bruising).During the procedure I was left while the beautician dealt with other clients.I was warned I might feel a sensation and redness.10 days later and I am still bruised. Many texts only to be told I should have said if it hurt or perhaps I have a serious illness!
