About Urban OM

Urban OM is a Yoga and Pilates studio that provides a variety of challenges for students of all levels. Their highly experienced teachers provide a space for students to improve mobility, flexibility and relaxation. Classes include Hot Hatha, Heated Vinyasa Flow and Core Pilates.
