Be guided through intelligent sequencing to improve posture, flexibility, core strength, balance, stability and mobility. Connect breath to mindful movement and enhance mental awareness. Yoga classes combine hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga with myofascial release. Pilates classes are inspired by traditional Pilates, pre-Pilates, modern Pilates and physiotherapy dance- based Pilates.
