About Hatha Yoga Space

Hatha Yoga Space is operated by a couple who've been practising various yoga methods for over 15 years. Hatha is the first stage of yoga, making it ideal for beginners and those who want to target both their mind and body. As well as group classes, the team offer private classes, personal programs, corporate yoga and several styles of massage. The studio also features a cinema and sells its own raw chocolate for a guilt-free snack before or after class.
