• Customers must redeem vouchers to obtain boarding pass; vouchers are not accepted as boarding passes
• Valid for cruise selected only once redeemed
• Child ticket valid for ages 3-15 years
• Strictly subject to availability, cruises will be booked on a 'first-come-first-served basis'
• Please check your email or our Facebook page closer to your booking date for cruise reminder
• Bookings close 3 days prior to the cruise, unless booked out earlier. Customers forfeit their voucher if not redeemed within the given time frame
• Please present boarding pass when boarding the vessel
• Registration is essential. Bookings confirmed via email notification and subject to availability
• Each voucher is valid for one person but you can buy multiple vouchers and cruise with family and friends
• Cruises depart at 10am and 2pm (departure time is may vary. Check booking link for details)
• Boarding occurs at 10am-10:15am and 2pm – 2:15pm. Wharf bookings are 15mins only and cruise must leave on time
• Late arrival constitutes forfeiture of cruise
• Boat departs from King Street Wharf, Darling Harbour - wharf number may be subject to change.
• Please check booking confirmations for wharf allocation
• Departure wharf number and times subject to availability and may be changed at the operator’s discretion

• No-shows or late arrivals will forfeit voucher
