The coastal fishing town of Yamba is located on a peninsula, surrounded by eight unspoiled beaches. The sand backs onto magnificent Yuraygir National Park, which is rich in wildlife and cliff-top bushwalks. As other northern NSW hotspots like Byron Bay grow ever busier, Yamba retains the laidback holiday vibe of yesteryear, while serving up world-class Clarence River seafood. Nestled in rainforest a few kilometres to the south is the charming village of Angourie, renowned for its excellent surf break.

Groupon Recommends
With a wealth of beaches nearby, Yamba is a mecca for water sports like surfing, swimming, snorkelling and kite surfing; while the majestic Clarence River is a great spot for fishing and kayaking. Romantics could drink in the panoramic views from Yamba Lighthouse, which is particularly beautiful at sunset and sunrise, or take the Lovers Point rock walk where whales can be seen between May and November. From Angourie, there is a beautiful walk leading through Yuraygir National Park to Shelley Beach, a lovely, secluded place to spend the day. Another Angourie highlight is the Blue Pool, a freshwater swimming pool surrounded by forest.
Local Amenities

Reviews
We have been staying at the resort for our January holidays now for about 7 years and I never want to go anywhere else. The beautiful setting and there is so much room not only outside but inside the villas. I have never found in all my travels a place with so much room. The gauzed-in verandah is just the best to vege out on and so spacious. The staff are just lovely, the pool sparkles and getting cocktails by the pool or on your verandah is awesome. We love, love, love it and will keep returning.

Great rooms, good breakfast, tasty meals at the restaurant and yummy cocktails at the bar. Had fun playing pool and tennis. Close to town and beaches.
