What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We’re a privately owned gym that’s open 24 hours. We have brand new strength, cardio and functional equipment. We also have on-site crèche.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Both the owners have been working in the fitness industry for years and wanted to see a gym that provides services it’s members are actually asking for.

What do you love most about your job?

Creating an upbeat and friendly environment where we get to interact with our members on a daily basis.

What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?

When a customer mentioned they liked a certain piece of equipment they’d seen online, and the next week we’d purchased it and installed it in the gym. The pleased and surprised look along with the fact they knew we were actively listening and working on their feedback was a great feeling.
