• ''No-flight'' days are at the discretion of the duty pilot for passenger safety
• If your flight has been cancelled by merchant due to inclement weather or flight safety conditions, please contact our booking office as soon as possible to rebook
• Final confirmation of actual flight time and meeting point will be sent in a confirmation email
• No changes within 72 hours of booking
• Voucher is forfeited for no show or cancellation
• Rebooking fee of $50 applies
