About This Deal
The Bikram Yoga method is a full-body workout sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. To boost the biometric effect on the body the exercise is performed in heat with regulated humidity. The 90-minute classes are led by Bikram Certified instructors. Classes suitable for beginners to veterans to tone your body, strengthen your bones, elevate your heart rate and melt away stress and tension. Hot yoga, expect to sweat!
View our class schedule online. 16 classes per week available to fit around your schedule, attend as many as you like per week. Max of 15 students per class. Water re-fill station, men’s and women’s change rooms and showers available.
- Please arrive 20 minutes early for class
- Bring your own mat, towel and water bottle
- Wear comfortable light sportswear, like shorts or swimmers. Hot yoga!
