• Limit of 3 vouchers per person
• Purchase up to 1 additional as a gift
• Must be aged 6 or older
• Child ticket valid for ages 6-12
• Children aged 11 and under must be accompanied by adult
• Due to changing nature of weather this activity is not recommended for international or interstate guests who are in Victoria for 1 day only, or on short day stay holiday, as vouchers are non-refundable once booked
• You must be able to stand for duration of your flight and enter or exit basket independently
• Weight restrictions apply. Merchant will contact you prior to your flight to confirm weight of each person flying on the day
• Not valid for pregnant women

• Solid shoes must be worn. High heels and thongs are not acceptable for ballooning, and scarves must be securely tucked inside jackets, or not worn on launch field
• Please allow at least 1 hour to travel from Central Melbourne to Dixons Creek
• Meeting times are generally a 60-90 minutes before sunrise. Meeting times are dependent on season and expected weather conditions
• Your pilot will advise exact meeting time and check-in details for your flight by text on evening before flight
• If weather outlook is uncertain, your pilot may contact you in early hours to confirm if flight is to proceed or needs to be cancelled
• If unsuitable conditions prevent you from flying, your booking will be transferred to another day. Please see the Terms and Conditions for more details
• Guests' vouchers are eligible for 1-month validity extension if their flight has been cancelled by merchant 3 or more times
• Any rescheduling or booking request made after voucher expiry will incur additional fees unless merchant has previously cancelled a booking due to unsuitable weather
