How to Redeem
• First visit must occur within: 60 days from purchase

About Cadence Pilates
Physiotherapists at Cadence Pilates accept no more than eight people per workout to allow the community to engage at a deeper level. The instructors work closely with trainees to promote correct form and boost core strength during personalised Pilates classes. New members can have their general fitness levels and conditioning assessed to help them in achieving their goals in an organised way.
