Catherine Vale Vineyard
Nestled in the Broke Fordwich sub-region of the Hunter Valley,Catherine Vale Vineyard was set up in 1993 by Bill and Wendy Lawson. The Vineyard was named a 4-star winery in July by the Halliday 2015 Wine Companion. Six different varieties of fruit are produced to create wines, including Dolcetto and Arneis. Catherine Vale is the only vineyard in the Hunter Valley to make and sell these drops.
