⌚ Valid days and hours: Spa facilities available Mon-Fri 9 am-6 pm. High tea at Level 36 Mon-Fri midday or 2.30 pm; lunch Mon-Fri midday-2 pm.
☎️ Booking: Booking required. Email chispa.slsn@shangri-la.com; or download the Groupon app. State Voucher & Security Code. Present printed or smartphone Groupon at arrival. Provide full name, booking date/time, contact number, Voucher Code, Security Code, and purchased deal option. Confirmation email will be sent.
✘ Cancellation: Cancellations on the day, no-shows, or expiry forfeit voucher, no refund.

Walk-ins not accepted. Smart casual dress code. Book 72 hours in advance. Facilities pass valid on the visit day only. Relaxation massage only; upgrades available at extra cost. Set package only, no substitutions. Spa open 9 am-6 pm; couples room subject to availability. 2-person package can be booked as two singles or couples room. Spa closed on 25th & 26th December 2024, 1st January 2025, and 26th January 2025.
