• Must complete SDI medical questionnaire prior to commencing training. If candidate answers 'Yes' to any question, then they must provide medical certificate stating they are fit to SCUBA dive prior to commencing training. Medical questionnaire can be found here: https://bit.ly/3314nAA

• Guests need to read manual and fill in workbook prior to course (approximately 8-10 hours home study). Please pick up manuals from Extreme Watersports prior to course
• Loan copy of manual supplied, guests can purchase manual to keep for $40
• In event that students lose manuals, $40 replacement fee will apply
• Candidates must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Candidates must be comfortable in water too deep to stand and able to complete following watermanship evaluation:
- Swim 200 metres non-stop using any stroke without assistance
- Float or tread water too deep to stand unassisted for 10 minutes
• Extreme Watersport reserve right to cancel course or reschedule at any time due to inclement weather, insufficient student numbers or other factors beyond their control
• For training dives, all gear hire is included, except personal equipment being: mask, snorkel, fins, gloves, hood and booties. These personal items can be purchased from Extreme Watersport at competitive prices
• For OH&S reasons, students' personal equipment must be of diving standard and suitable quality. Bare foot fins are not allowed. It is recommended to buy from Extreme Watersport for proper style, fit and advice
• 4 follow-up dives can be used anytime up to 3 months after training; voucher will be provided upon completion of course
• For 4 follow-up dives no gear hire is included; this can be hired at additional cost per day
• Offer does not include meals, accommodation and transportation between dive sites
• Guests may reschedule course up to 10 days prior to commencement. Additional costs may be incurred if cancelling with less than 10 days' notice
• Guests must arrive on time with pre-study completed. Failure to do so will require rescheduling at additional cost
• Options 2 and 3 must all attend same class
• Course runs over 2 consecutive days, allow for training between 8am-6pm; schedule will be emailed at least 7 days prior to training
• Upon completion of all training and mastering of basic SCUBA skills, guests will be issued SDI Supervised Diver Certification, allowing them to dive anywhere in world to maximum depth of 12 metres under direct supervision of instructor

About Extreme Watersport
Conveniently located less than an hour from Melbourne's CBD, just minutes from The Mornington Peninsula Freeway, Extreme Watersport offer a range of water sports including Kayaking and Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP). Located in Capel Sound, just West of Rosebud their facility overlooks a family-friendly beach, which makes an ideal base for the next water sports adventure. Their retail showroom includes all the known brands as well as classroom, hot showers and lockers. Refuel afterwards with a bite to eat in the cafe or a cold drink at the bar next door. The team also provide dolphin and seal swims, snorkeling, SCUBA, boat licence courses, and marine education programs for school students.
