Fine Print
• Limit of 1 voucher per person
• Purchase up to 5 additional as gifts
• Bookings are essential and subject to course date availability
• This is a theory only session
• At the end of this session you will be issued with a logbook and will need to log up hours on a forklift truck; this can be done at our training facility for an extra fee of $95 per person or you can log these hours offsite
• Once you deem yourself ready for assessment you will need to book in for a theory and practical exam and the fee for this service is $69 per person
• Voucher valid for one person and is not transferable
• Must provide 100 points of identification
• Purchase of voucher doesn’t guarantee licence
• Forklift Truck Theory and Practical Exam: If unsuccessful after the 1st go, an additional re- assessment is $100 per person
• Licence to operate a forklift truck: on successful completion, you will be provided with a temporary AS1 form last for 60 days; within that 60 days, take the paperwork provided to Australia Post and send additional fee required to work cover for a 5-year licence
• Need to be able to write and read English for this programme
• Non-attendance and late cancellation voids voucher
