I tried to use my purchased groupon coupon - I called and was advised I could. I drove 40mins to get there, to be told I couldn't use the coupon. I had to purchase another session; effectively doubling the cost of the session for me.
I also brought my own 'no grip socks' (listed as as a requirement on the website), to be told that 'it was policy' to purchase a pair from them. No one could show the policy that stated this.
