The room was accessible from the secure car park but the pedestrian access was off a different street which made life interesting for a few seconds. It would have been nice if some toiletries such as shampoo had been available. The bed as comfortable, the heating worked and was great for a short stay.

Apartment provided all necessary amenities and location excellent to access Melbourne via tram directly outside. Convenient set of shops in arcade adjacent including IGA, Café, Pizza, fish & chips. Surprisingly quiet (weekend and weekday). Reception service very professional. Would recommend as excellent value. Caution: beds are very firm; and access from carpark is difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Would have no hesitation in returning next time visiting Melbourne.
