The Hotel: Katiliya Pool Villas Khao Lak

Katiliya is situated on the tranquil and peaceful Pakweeb Beach that spans over 13 kilometers, and is also conveniently adjacent to Le Meridien Khao Lak Beach and Spa Resort, where guests can enjoy all of the amenities of this sprawling five star resort, yet be able to retreat to the quiet confines of their private villa.

Groupies arrive at the resort and are greeted with a drink and fruit basket, a small sample of the tropical environment they find themselves in for up to six days. Each Garden Pool Villa is sprawled over 322 sqm, just 60 metres away from the beach. Loved-up couples spend time enjoying facilities including two swimming pools, fitness centre, sauna, and a steam room.

The Area: Khao Lak, Thailand

We have been taking holidays in the Khao Lak area for years but this was definitely the best...The view is magnificent being right on the beach, the room was very spacious with a beautiful bathroom and the pool a good size.
