Guests leave Pinte-a-Pitre for Philipsburg, the capital of Sint Maarten situated on a narrow stretch of land between Great Bay and the Great Salt Pond where white sands and turquoise waters welcome locals and tourists alike. The next port of call, La Romana, sits on the south-eastern coast of the Domenican Republic and is a resort town that is ideal for holidays and relaxation where brightly coloured buildings line the streets and palm trees are dotted along walkways.
