• Booking: Appointment required. Call/Text 0424 689 203 State Voucher and Security Code at the time of booking. All bookings require a credit/debit card number to confirm the booking.
• No email bookings will be accepted, phone bookings only.
• Valid days and hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Last appointment time is 3 pm. Saturday bookings incur a $25 surcharge per person. Tuesday and Thursday reservations may be available on request with a $25 surcharge per person. Sunday bookings incur a $50 surcharge per person. Bookings made within 24 hours will incur a $25 surcharge per person. Not valid on public holidays. Bookings are subject to availability.
• Cancellation: A 5-day cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited; a surcharge of $25 per person applies, payable directly to the merchant at the time of re-booking.
• Additional Information: Please bring towels and bathers with you for the hot tub; the merchant can provide these at $5 fee per person if required. All treatments are suitable for women and men. Only one $200 accommodation voucher can be used per room per night. $200 off accommodation can be used off the Rack Rate per room per night up to a maximum of 2 nights receiving the discount and no further discounts apply.
