Tasting Notes

The Tatty Rd Chardonnay produces a fragrant white peach aroma with honeydew and citrus flavours backed by very subtle oak.

The Crackerjack Sauvignon Blanc is light and dry; awashed with tropical fruit and fresh acidity.

The Mad Russian Chardonnay is slightly creamy in texture and is highlighted by fresh lime flavours across the palate. It features wonderfully balanced acidity thanks to its cool climate origins.

The Rook’s Lane Sauvignon Blanc is both fresh and vibrant with perfumed tropical flavours that fills the mouth and persists cleanly throughout consumption.

The Mad Russian Semillon Sauvignon Blanc epitomises the well-balanced white blend: citrus flavours that fit together seamlessly with the natural acidity with a slightly steely minerality.

The Wolf Blass Sauvignon Blanc is cool and lively, full of gooseberry and passionfruit flavours that attacks your taste palates.

The Kissing Booth Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is typically a Margaret River. It has fine lines of acid and citrus flavours combined with more tropical notes and a herbal twist.
