Our one on one personal training sessions are completely private and tailored to your goals and needs. Unlike in a large gym there are no other gym members or trainers wandering through your sessions so you can feel completely at ease. The main focus of our personal training sessions is weight training, functional fitness and flexibility. We make sure you feel confident performing each exercise and push hard in each session while understanding each persons abilities and limits. We offer flexibility with our times so you can schedule your sessions to suit your changing lifestyle. Plus sometimes my cat comes to hang out which is super cute.
