Was booked in for the full service plus air filter change, but they neglected the air filter change and said I did not clarify in my booking when I called in. They said they won't do the air filter change unless I come back a week later. Not too happy with the customer service.

Went in store to book a time but, the wheel alignment was done immediately which was excellent service, but they don't answer the mobile listed.
