Harlow Hot Pilates & Yoga
Harlow Hot Pilates & Yoga’s minimalist approach to hot yoga makes it simple for students to adapt to their teachings. Participants need only bring their mat, a towel and water. Handy tools like a block and a strap are available to assist students during their sessions. Natural chilled coconut water and bottled water are available for purchase at the studio.
