• Bookings outside of validity hours - All day Saturday and/or after-hours redemption (where treatment time extends past 5pm) incurs a surcharge of $10 per person paid directly to merchant at time of appointment
• $20 surcharge applies per person if rescheduling with less than 24-hour notice; voucher is void if you do not attend
• Couples bookings have limited availability advanced bookings are recommended; group bookings are not available with this voucher
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to appointment time; late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time
• 48-hour cancellation policy for weekend booking or voucher is forfeited
