- Menu may be modified for seasonality and availability.
- State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking.
- Present printed Groupon on arrival.
- Limit 1 per person.
- Valid only for option purchased.
- Not valid on long weekends and special event days.
- Not valid on public holidays.

- Items to choose from for the weekday voucher are from the ‘Café Menu’ section only and exclude items from the ‘Kitchen Menu’ – beef burger, beyond burger, fish and chips, kids nuggets, and bucket of fries are all excluded.
- The drink can be substituted with any basic soft drink but excludes all coffee, tea, and milkshakes.
- All side dishes such as a side of fries or salad must be paid for at regular retail prices.
- Requests for dietary (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free), substitutions, and modifications of menus cannot be guaranteed.
- We cannot guarantee that certain products or ingredients (halal, nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.) will not be in our food, and we explicitly accept no liability in this regard.
- For serious food allergies, you must make your own decisions on selecting meals.
- Acceptance of these terms includes a release to Marina Café & Bar all rights to exhibit any images or recordings taken during your visit or any event held on-premise, in print and electronic form publicly or privately and to market copies.
- Guests waive any rights, claims, or interest they may have to control the use of their identity or likeness in the photographs and agree that any uses described herein may be made without compensation or additional consideration.
