The sweet and sour Barramundi was excellent and the crispy duck very tender. The boiled glutinous rice balls in fermented rice syrup is another traditional Shanghainese dish and was presented in an interesting fashion in a cocktail glass - again it was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
