• If metered parking and or paid parking is required to facilitate a service, this will be charged to the customer's invoice for payment and service time commences upon arrival at metered or paid parking
• Mop It Up reserves the right to withdraw services if a property is deemed to be unsafe, which may include, but are not limited to, structural, biological or chemical hazards. If unsure, please contact Mop It Up before purchasing
• No at-heights work or roof work will be performed. Team members will not perform tasks requiring ladders, or perform tasks requiring overstretching. In the event of extreme weather conditions, your appointment will be rescheduled to the next availability
• Not valid for rubbish removal
• Please note, cleaning offer does not include cleaning of walls, exhaust fans or filters, blinds, curtains, furniture, washing dishes, tidying up, cleaning inside cupboards and wardrobes or garages and outside areas, windows and ovens unless specified on the offer
• Fly screens are required to be removed prior to window cleaning
• 3.2-meter extension poles used for window cleaning
• Mop It Up accepts no liability for breakage and or damage
• This offer can not be used for or in part of being at an unfurnished property, vacate, builders, renovation or exit clean
• 48-hour cancellation policy applies, non-attendance and late cancellation voids voucher
