• Valid Days/Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-6pm. Friday 9am-4pm. Saturday 9am-2pm.
• Holiday break clousure times: Wednesday 24/12/25 to Tuesday 6/1/26
• Not valid on public holiday.
• Voucher isn't valid for couples.
• CLOSED on Sunday and Monday.
• Do not phone outside of business hours - Phones are not monitored after 5.30pm.
• Phone bookings only- Online bookings will not be accepted
• Strictly no walk ins
• Late arrival will shorten treatment time
• 48 hour cancellation policy and no shows will result in voucher being forfeited
• If appointment is attended, no refunds on voucher
• Please arrive 15 mins prior to appointment time
• One area to be treated per session
• Results will vary for each person
• Sessions must occur at least one week apart
• 12 sessions are generally recommended for best results
• Not suitable for pregnant or lactating/breastfeeding women, or those trying to conceive or during menstruation

Oh. My. Gosh. I had no idea I was going to float out of that appointment! The bed was heated, the oil warmed, and Ivana was such a kind soul. I have an issue with my body I find very embarrassing. This wonderful human took it in her stride and made me feel so wonderful. As soon as the appointment finished, I booked in for another. I can't thank you enough. I appreciate your kindness beyond measure. 😊
