Oziclean
As the name would suggest, Oziclean provide an extensive range of cleaning services for homes and corporate buildings. Clients take a break while the technicians work their magic on carpets, and windows and clients who are moving in or out of their homes can have every nook and cranny cleaned with a pre-sale or move in cleaning package. The cleaners can also eliminate dirt and grime from the outside of buildings with high-pressure cleaning.

• Valid for standard size windows of up to 1m x 2m and sliding doors only
• A three bedroom house with a separate office, study or media/rumpus room is considered a four-bedroom property
• Not valid for louvre windows, lead mosaic windows and French windows will not be cleaned
• Windows with fixed bars or grills on either side will only be cleaned from the accessible side
• Windows on upper levels that are not accessible through a balcony or a veranda will only be cleaned internally
• Windows that are not easily accessible or within normal reach (without the use of a ladder or extension poles) will only be cleaned internally
• Windows on the side where security or fly screens are permanently fixed will only be cleaned from one side
• Removable fly screens must be removed by the property owner/tenant and furniture moved out of the way prior to service, to allow easy access to the windows
• Window cleaning does not include window frame cleaning or cleaning or vacuuming of the window and door tracks
• Optional extras are payable direct to Oziclean on the day of the service: wardrobe mirror doors, $7 per bedroom; 20% of bond cleaning, domestic, spring, carpet. pest. Pressure cleaning, roof painting
