About Peppers Manor House - Katers Restaurant
Ensconced on the grounds of the historic Peppers Manor House, Katers Restaurant is located just 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney, less than two hours from Canberra.Their artisan menu showcases local Southern Highlands produce, some even plucked from the Manor’s own gardens. Diners can opt for set degustation menus with meaty or herbivorous themes, or select from a la carte offerings like braised goat, cardamom, sweet potato and tofu cheesecake, 24-hour slow-cooked veal cheeks, lobster ravioli and Masterstock pork belly – to name but a few.
