This course is one of several repeater courses I am doing. I enjoy them so much that I started introducing some of my friends to them...and of course to the wonderful food we learn to make. recommend it to everybody who wants to learn and eat natural wholesome food and Elisabeth teaches just that in an interesting hands on class.

Learn to make your own cheese or bread using traditional permaculture methods, choosing from three different three-hour courses: Feta and Intro to Fermented Food; Brie and Sourdough; or Haloumi and Fermented Dairy. Students also learn about and taste-test fermented foods including sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, tempeh and kombucha tea.
