Poke Time

Poke Time is a food truck which travels between multiple location with primary location in Braybrook and the other in Alma Park East. They specialise in Hawaiian and Japanese inspired cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. Poke is a Hawaiian diced fish dish served with Japanese edamame, seaweed salad or any other listed sides with drinks.
