The Safari
Groupies are collected at Nairobi Airport and transported to a comfortable hotel for their first night in Kenya, before heading off to Amboseli National Park early the next morning. Peeps spend two nights in a lodge nestled into the foothills of Mt Kilimanjaro, heading out on safari each day to watch lions, elephants and leopards roam against the stunning snowy mountain backdrop. Continue onto beautiful Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley, where hundreds of flamingos cluster at the water’s edge and Groupies embark on a magical boat ride. The final stop is the legendary Masai Mara, home to the world’s biggest annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra, followed by predators like lions, cheetahs, hyenas and vultures. Most meals are included as per the itinerary below, and a friendly English-speaker guide is on hand throughout the trip.

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Arrive at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, met by airport representative who will assist with the airport formalities. Thereafter the driver guide will transfer you to Southern Sun Hotel for check in and Overnight. (Dinner is not included).

Day 2: Nairobi/Amboseli National park
8am picked up after breakfast from Jomo Kenyatta International or your city hotel and drive Amboseli National Park to arrive in time for lunch at Ol Tukai Lodge at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain. 4pm proceed for an afternoon game drive until evening.

Day 3: Amboseli National Park
6.30am early morning game drive. Breakfast at the lodge. Morning at leisure. Lunch at the Lodge. 3pm afternoon game drive. The snows of the mountain forms a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya’s most popular spectacular displays of wildlife - lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah, buffalo and host of plains game, creating Kenya’s most sought after photographer’s paradise. After lunch proceed for an afternoon game drive in the Park.

Day 4: Amboseli National Park/Lake Naivasha
Check out from the Ol Tukai lodge after breakfast, to depart for Lake Naivasha. You will have lunch en-route at Fogo Gaucho Restaurant, at around 12.30pm. Later drive to Lake Naivasha to arrive in the afternoon for check in and later boat ride at the lake. Optional visit to Crescent Island can be provided at an extra cost.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha/Masai Mara Game Reserve
8am - Drive via the Great Rift Valley to arrive at Masai Mara in time for lunch at Keekorok Lodge. After lunch, go for an afternoon game drive till dusk.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savannah - lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures.

Day 6: Masai Mara National Game Reserve
6.30am - early morning game drive in the Mara. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure or proceed for Masai village visit. After lunch at the lodge you proceed at 4pm for an afternoon game drive till dusk.

Day 7: Masai Mara National Game Reserve/Nairobi/Depart
Full buffet breakfast in the Lodge. Check out and drive to Nairobi to arrive in time for lunch at Lord Errol Restaurant.
