Reformed Exercise Physiology
Boasting two locations, in Hampton and Somerville, Reformed Exercise Physiology aims to encourage its customers to put the principles of the science of rehabilitation and exercise into practice. The gym’s team of qualified trainers provide group and individual classes, such as functional, boxing and Pilates sessions. Rehabilitation programmes, designed to target specific body areas and issues, ranging from recurring sport conditions to weight management, are also available.
