• 48 hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult
• Late arrival will result in reduced treatment time
• Multiple float pass must be used within 60 days of the first float
• Those suffering from epilepsy or severe skin conditions should refrain from floating

• People under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to float
• Please arrive 10 mins prior to appointment
• People with spray tans or recently dyed hair must have 3 showers before they can float
• Floating is not advised during menstruation
