Group Fitness Classes

The Group Fitness Program features an extensive lineup of classes designed to challenge the body and inspire progress. With more than 50 sessions scheduled weekly, there is something for everyone, from cardio enthusiasts to strength seekers.

Types of Fitness Classes:

  • Cardio Designed to enhance cardiovascular endurance, this class incorporates high-intensity interval training (HIIT), boxing, kickboxing, and low-weight, high-rep resistance training with minimal rest.

  • Strength This session targets muscle development and overall strength improvement using barbells and dumbbells. Focused on lower repetitions and heavier weights, it’s ideal for those aiming to build power and increase lean muscle.

  • Saturday Mix-Up A weekly-changing class that offers variety and surprise, featuring a rotating mix of cardio, HIIT, kettlebells, core, and other training styles. Perfect for those who enjoy a fresh challenge.
